The Bathers' Pavilion - Warm setting with impeccable food and service to match the stunning view. Located in a striking building on Balmoral Beach, the restaurant sits on one side of the pavilion while its sister cafe is on the other. Chef/owner Serge Dansereau is considered the father of the fresh-food movement in Sydney. Serge's approach to our food is uniquely Australian.
