Chef Altamirano opened Mochica in January 2004, which resulted in extensive critical acclaim for his masterfully created Peruvian fusion cuisine. His dishes are always made with authentic Peruvian ingredients, many directly imported from Peru to enhance the true taste of this amazing cuisine. His love and respect for great food is the cornerstone of his menus and reputation.
