The
Mirabelle, on the 7th floor of the Hotel Splendide Royal, enjoys a superb
location in the Via Veneto area, on a hill dominating the historic centre of
Rome, overlooking the green parkland of Villa Borghese.
The Mirabelle is among the best restaurants in town thanks to the undisputed
professionalism of Bruno Borghesi. Awarded with a Michelin star, the
restaurant is a privileged meeting point among the Italian and International
“bel mondo”. The restaurant is located on the hotel's 7th floor, where huge
glass terrace doors open out onto a view of breathtaking beauty: a panorama
which sweeps across the city from the 19th century palaces of Pinciano,
Villa Medici, Trinità dei Monti all the way to Saint Peter's and to the
Gianicolo. Eyes but also taste buds are rewarded during what is an
undeniably unique dining experience, thanks to the culinary skills of
Giuseppe Sestito, Executive Chef, whose talents have been refined in various
occasions spent working in prestigious establishments abroad.

The hotel has three meeting rooms with
adjoining reception area, in addition to the board room in the Presidential
suite.
Function room capacity ranges from ten to fifty participants, perfectly
suited for every type of meeting and conference, but also ideal for press
conferences, exhibitions, and training seminars.
Working lunches, pre-dinner drinks and gala dinners are served in the
panoramic “Mirabelle” restaurant on the 7th floor whilst in the “Limonaia”
on the 6th floor, overlooking the gardens of Villa Borghese, cocktails and
banquets for up to 110 guests are served.
The exclusive shops and designer boutiques of Rome’s fashion industry are
just a few steps away in the legendary Piazza di Spagna and Via dei Condotti,
whilst the parkland of Villa Borghese offers guests the opportunity to
explore over 80 hectares of uncontaminated nature, in which to discover the
most beautiful fountains (there are a total of 35 exquisite works) and
statues and admire the masterpieces of Canova and Caravaggio... |
