Vesuvio offers a contemporary Italian menu with modern variations of traditional favorites complimented by an exceptional wine list.

Vesuvio opened in November 2002. We have two separate dining rooms, the first floor seating 65 people and our second floor seating 115. Two full bars and a comfortable fireplace lounge complete the setting at the corner of 8th and Fitzwater in Bellavista.

The restaurant can accommodate private events of up to 115 people and is an ideal setting for family, corporate and romantic evenings. Dining room is opened Tuesday through Sunday, with Sunday featuring a Fantastic Brunch.

 
Executive chef Mark McKinney is pleased to offer our termed New World Italian Cuisine. Our blend of old and new world Italian dishes ranging from our Antipasti, Insalate’s, Pasta’s, Steaks, Veal, and Seafood along with unforgettable desserts separates Vesuvio from the traditional Italian eatery.

Dining at Vesuvio with our creative and distinctive menu will be a memorable occasion. Vesuvio also features Sunday Brunch and pre-fix tailored menus for personal and corporate events.

Our bar and lounge is opened 7 days a week with an exciting bar menu running from the close of the dining room until last call.
