Ăn, which means "to dine", or "to eat" in Vietnamese showcases Chef Michael Chuong’s signature ‘New World’ cuisine, an elegant blend of Southeast Asian flavors and European influences. Chuong has artfully combined the elegance of a French four-star restaurant with the sensational flavors of a Southeast Asian market.

We welcome you for lunch and dinner, and to host a private event in one of our two private dining rooms.

Please also join us at ăn Restaurant in our “Viet Bar” or terrace off the bar anytime of the day, and enjoy our Asian inspired cocktails, Vietnamese summer rolls, raw bar selection, and sushi.

We’re pleased to offer private rooms to guests as few as 12 or as many as 70. We also welcome inquiries for larger parties.
