Though many “people come for the incredible view”, fans of this Downtowner perched on the 38th floor of the 40-story Adams Mark Hotel are “here to tell you that the food, ambiance and wine list” are “excellent” as well, claiming “the chef is an artist” who turns out traditional steakhouse fare with Texas flair that’s “great for special dinners” or other “occasions”; P.S. “desserts are a plus.”
