One of the best Thai restaurants in Illinois, Siam Marina is already known to thousands of loyal customers who regularly dine at their two Calumet City, Illinois locations.  The menu is comprised of Thai cuisine with other Southeast Asian touches. Tammy Pham is executive chef, menu planner, and owner of the Siam Marina locations.   Pham, who grew up in Saigon, Vietnam is married to Sapion Chung, who was born in Indonesia.  Chung manages the restaurants. 
Tammy has designed a menu that is vast, varied and inventive, with an assortment of Southeast Asian dishes that strike the perfect balance between authenticity and innovation. The preparation of each dish is a work of art, a fresh, exquisite blend of taste, color, texture and aromas.
