The owners are avid wine enthusiasts and co-owner Paula Woolsey is a member of the Wine Educators Society.
Paula has uncovered wines from many small "boutique" wineries from around the world, often producing as little as 500 cases a year these small wineries produce some of the worlds finest wines.
